Complete Home Inspection
Our complete home inspection is designed to inform buyers, sellers , and Real estate agents about the condition of the home. the detailed inspection report we provide will help our clients confidently move forward with the transaction or correct any deficiencies that may be present.
During the inspection we focus on identifying major problems and safety concerns that could cost the property owner a lot of money to correct. We utilize thermal imaging on every complete inspection to see potential issues that are invisible to the naked eye. We use all the latest sensors and gauges that are available to verify the condition of all major home systems.

This is the most comprehensive inspection we offer. It generally takes the inspector about 2 hours on site for a 2000 sq ft home. We then research the history of home systems and permits and always provide your report by the next day.

Whether you are a new homeowner purchasing a policy for the first time or you are a homeowner who is shopping for new insurance, your insurance provider may require a 4-point inspection.
A 4-point inspection focuses on four key areas of the home to verify insurability. We provide a detailed report to the homeowner that includes recommendations for any repairs that may be necessary.

Wind Mitigation Inspection
Our wind mitigation inspection can help you protect your home from damage and potentially save you money on your insurance premiums.
We inspect and report on the wind resistance features of your home and supply you with a verified report that you can submit to your insurance provider to make sure you receive all of the discounts or credits you deserve.
We recommend consulting with your insurance agent to learn more about how this inspection could save you money. Wind Mitigation reports are generally certified for 5 years. Insurance required inspections can be bundled at discounted rates.

Storm Damage Assessment
With a background in catastrophic claims and being native Floridians, we know firsthand the damage that is caused by major storms. Some of these damages are very obvious, hire Cat-6 Inspections to find the damage that you can't see.
We inspect and report on all the damage that is present after a storm. We have the knowledge and equipment to access and assess every roof. We utilize thermal imaging to find hidden moisture that is invisible to the human eye.
If you are unable to access every area of your property, we recommend scheduling your storm damage assessment any time your property is impacted by a major storm. Due to the limited scope of the damage assessment, we are able to provide this service at cost that is substantially lower than our complete home inspection.

At cat-6 Inspection Services we know the value of knowledge. When buying or leasing a commercial building or property it is essential that you know the condition of the major components. All commercial properties are different. We are currently equipped to handle inspections on Apartment buildings, retail centers, churches, condo complexes, Office buildings.
